End of Summer Adventures aka: Running Away from Project "FIX THE PATIO"

Bellingham  Well, this sucks... they are jack hammering outside our patio door. We better run away. Where can we go? Let's go to Bellingham and then back to Seattle and go swim in that lake again.  Seattle  It was super hot the day we got to Seattle... we decided to wait to go to the lake until the next day... and it started raining?! One day we will spend the day at the lake and make a bbq. We did the second best thing and took the train to the city. Christian loves the train.  Whistler  We came home and got a nice bamboo fence to block out the views, bring us some shade, and give us some security. But.. the drilling continued on Monday... and got closer! Off to Whistler. Fun adventures to run away from the noise and dust... wish we would have known the extent of the work - we could have flown into Vegas from Florida... and stayed their for chea

It has a beach, BBQ spots, a play park, and a water park... and washrooms. I didn't have my suit on this time, because we thought it was just a water park, but next time, I am jumping in. Big Boy didn't want to go in without me. We flew from Seattle to Charlotte and from Charlotte to Jacksonville. We got there late at night and I had school at White Oak the very next morning. We lost three hours during our travel but someho
